Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier timelines.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent out.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is managed by them.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
